Terms of use

1. General

Welcome to the Colors platform ("the platform", "the service", "we"). By using the platform you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The platform provides matching between candidates, recruiters, and companies using AI technology.

2. Definitions

• "User" – any person who registers for or uses the platform.
• "Candidate" – a user who registers to seek employment and be visible to recruiters.
• "Recruiter" – a user who registers to search for and hire candidates.
• "Content" – any information, text, file, resume, or other data uploaded to the platform.

3. Registration and account

By registering, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent where required.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You will update your details promptly when they change.

4. Use of the platform

You agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable law, including that you will:

• Not upload offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Not misuse or access without authorization other users' information.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or impair the platform.
• Not use the platform for purposes unrelated to hiring and placement.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the platform, including design, code, algorithms, brand, and logo, belongs to Colors. You retain your rights in content you upload and grant Colors a non-exclusive license to use it to provide the service, including analysis, matching, and presentation to recruiters.

6. Use of artificial intelligence

The platform may use AI to analyze resumes, match candidates to roles, and improve the user experience. Use of AI is subject to the privacy policy. AI outputs are recommendations only and are not a substitute for human judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". Colors does not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or that any match will be successful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colors is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Colors may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. After account deletion, personal data will be handled as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

Colors may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
