1. Our Accessibility Commitment

We believe that every individual, regardless of ability or disability, should have equal access to our Services. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our Platform and to provide an inclusive experience for all users.

2. Accessibility Standard

Our Platform is designed and developed with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as adopted under Israeli accessibility regulations. These guidelines are internationally recognized standards developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

3. Measures We Have Taken

To support accessibility, Colors has implemented the following measures:

• Keyboard navigation support throughout the Platform.
• Text alternatives for non-text content, including images and icons.
• Sufficient color contrast ratios to support users with visual impairments.
• Scalable text that can be resized without loss of content or functionality.
• Clear and consistent navigation structure across all pages.
• Form fields labeled clearly to support screen reader compatibility.
• No content that flashes more than three times per second, in order to reduce the risk of seizures.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure the highest level of accessibility, some areas of our Platform may not yet fully conform to the applicable standards. We are actively working to identify and address these limitations. Known areas that are currently being improved include:

• Certain third-party content or integrations that are outside our direct control.
• Legacy content that has not yet been fully updated to meet current accessibility standards.
• Some complex AI-generated content outputs, which may not always include full accessibility annotations.

5. Assistive Technologies

Our Platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
• Voice recognition software.
• Keyboard-only navigation.
• Browser-based text magnification and zoom tools.

6. Accessibility Coordinator

In accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Accessibility Regulations enacted thereunder, Colors has appointed an Accessibility Coordinator responsible for overseeing accessibility compliance and handling accessibility-related inquiries.
